The Puffy Lux Hybrid is a great mattress for both side and back sleepers. Back sleepers will experience nice contouring as their hips descend just enough to maintain proper alignment of their body.
The pressure will be much reduced for side sleepers. The pressure should not be on the hips or shoulders. This mattress is too soft to stomach sleepers and could lead to lower back pain.

Puffy Lux Hybrid is suitable for people of average weight. For back sleepers, the memory foam offers superb support and contouring.
Side sleepers of average weight should also find this mattress comfortable. While individuals closer to 230 pounds may push too hard into the mattress, the majority of people should have good pressure alleviation on their hips and shoulders.
Overly soft mattresses will be uncomfortable for stomach sleepers with average weight.
