The comfort layers include gel infusions and coils in support layers. This mattress will keep your body cool unless it is heated.

Similar to the Puffy Hybrid Mattress, the Puffy Royal Hybrid Mattress offers a comfy night’s sleeping.

This mattress is comfortable and cool for most sleepers, thanks to its coils, gel infusions, soft feel and coils.

Motion Transfer

In terms of motion transmission, the Puffy, Puffy Lux Hybrid and Puffy Royal Hybrid all have similar characteristics.

They are all provided excellent motion isolation by the memory foam layers at the top.

Noise

We didn’t hear any noise from the Puffy Royal or Puffy Lux hybrid mattresses.

These three mattresses are very quiet so they won’t make any noise when you move about.

Sex

The original Puffy mattress is most springy and keeps us from sinking too deeply. Sexual partners should feel free to move around on the mattress.

Couples can have a harder time moving about on the Puffy Lux Hybrid because of its slower motion. The best mattress for sex should be more responsive and bouncy, so couples should opt for that.

The Puffy Royal Hybrid may be less mobile than the Puffy Lux Hybrid but it is still more springy. Couples will find Puffy Royal Hybrid more responsive than the Puffy Lux Hybrid.
