The original Puffy mattress should provide stability and support for back sleepers of average weight.
Side sleepers with medium weight will not feel the comfort they need in their hips or shoulders due to the firmness of the mattress.
Puffy original should offer enough support for stomachs of average weight. But, if they’re heavier than 230 pounds, they may need a firmer cushion.
Average weight sleepers should get the support they need on the Puffy Lux Hybrid. For back sleepers, memory foam offers excellent support and contouring.
Side sleepers with average weight should find the mattress comfortable. Although people closer to 230 lbs may be able to push into the mattress too much, most people need good pressure relief on their hips.
This mattress will not suit stomach sleepers who are average in weight.
Back sleepers of ordinary weight may have a better sleeping experience thanks to the Puffy Royal Hybrid. The zoned polyfoam may provide enough support for those with back problems.

Puffy Mattress Comparison: Construction Differences
Before making a purchase, it’s important to learn how mattresses are made. The Puffy Lux Hybrid, and Puffy Royal Hybrid are constructed.
All three mattresses feature stain-resistant cloud coverings. They are covered with a smooth, breathable, and airy cover. It is hypoallergenic so it is ideal for those with allergies.
Cooling Cloud foam is the top comfort layer on the original Puffy mattress. It is memory foam with a gel infusion that helps with cooling.
Climate Comfort foam, which is underneath that and more sensitive and designed to aid in heat dissipation, comes next.
The Puffy Lux Hybrid has three comfort layers. The first layer is the same as the Cooling Cloud Layer from the original Puffy. This is a layer of memory foam that has had gel added to improve ventilation.
